18 November 2009 – a home in Whangaparaoa, Auckland
I cannot recommend Slique highly enough, I was sold tiles from the shop and was told they were ceramic tiles, however they were natural stone tiles which therefore needed special cleaning care, i.e. no acidic cleaning products, of course not knowing this I used the usual shower products and very quickly my lovely new tiles became etched and discoloured, Slique immediately recognized the problem, and brought them back to looking like new and gave me correct advise on how to care for them. The workman was fantastic and I had no problem leaving him for the morning at home. BUT the most outstanding thing was my young son managed to turn the shower on just after the sealer had been applied and we were not to get the shower wet for 24 hours and Slique returned and re applied the sealer free of charge!! My nightmare shower is now fixed and I can’t thank them enough.
