Slique's new website launched
At Slique, we’re often asked to share our knowledge. Homeowners want to know how to keep their tiles clean without causing them damage. Architects and designers want to know what’s possible with a stone surface. Commercial properties want access to specifications for commercial cleaners. We’ve always been happy to share this information, but now we’ve made it much easier with Slique’s re-launched content-rich website, which is full of useful information for everyone.
Our new website is designed to share a huge amount of Slique’s specialist knowledge. Highlights of the new website include:
Dozens of photos of stone and tile problems
Slique has seen - and fixed - virtually every stone or tile problem around. The common problems photo gallery gives a visual reference of all the common (and some of the less-common) problems we encounter.
For each problem we also explain how each problem is usually caused, and more importantly how it can be fixed.
Care Guidelines for every type of stone and tile
Slique has always given our customers customised Care Guidelines for their stone or tile surface, explaining how to safely clean their surface without causing any damage. Now specific versions are included in the keeping your tiles clean section of our website, as well as generic guidelines that are safe for ANY surface.
We’ve also included a range of Care Guidelines for commercial properties, which are specialised for high-use areas and can be used by in-house cleaners or commercial cleaning companies. Commercial customers can even request a copy of our training specifications for commercial cleaners, or the toolkit for maintenance which lists everything you need to maintain stone or tiles.
Home-use products
Slique has always recommended microfibre as the best tool for home maintenance of stone and tiles. We now have a price list online, which includes microfibre and selected Slique chemicals that are suitable for home use.
Technical information
Some of our most in-depth technical information is now available (or able to be requested) online. Everything from our popular ‘Stone and tile reference manual’ to guides on benefits of sealers and coatings are included.
This section will be expanded by request, so if there’s any technical information that you’d like to see on there, please let us know.
Feedback?
Our new website has been designed with our website visitors in mind, so your feedback is welcomed – please contact us to send us any thoughts or suggestions.
